INSTALLATION-front and rear fender flare combo fit for 2018-2020 Jeep Wrangler JL all models. Minor modifications may be required.

USING THE NUTSERT TOOL

Assemble nutsert tool as shown supplied M6x1.0x35mm hex head bolt with supplied flat washer with supplied spacer and into supplied M6 nutsert.
Place supplied nutsert into the previously drilled holes.
Using two 17mm wrenches hold the supplied bolt in place while turning the suppled spacer clockwise with a 17mm wrench. As you turn the wrench, the bolt will draw the far end of the nutsert towards the inside of the sheet metal, gripping it with the knurled outside edge of the nutsert as it deforms. Continue to turn the wrench until the nutsert is fully pressed against the sheet metal.
Once the nutsert is installed, loosen the spacer by turning the wrench counter-clockwise then remove it and the rest of the tool from the nutsert. Inspect the nutsert to make sure it is properly seated against the vehicle sheet metal. Repeat step 1-4 for remaining nutserts.

Installing REAR FLARES

Step 1.

Locate and install supplied M6x1.0 nutserts into the indicted holes shown using a nutsert tool.

Step 2.

Locate and place supplied passenger rear fender flare onto jeep as shown. Line up the fender flare

holes with the jeep holes and previously installed nutserts.

Step 3.

Locate and install supplied M8x1.25x20mm button head bolt with supplied flat washer through the hole in

the fender flare and through the factory holes. Start a supplied M8x1.25 flange nut at the end of the bolt.

Tighten down using a 7/32 Allen wrench. Repeat step for remaining button head bolt. Repeat steps 1-4 for the other side.

Step 4.

Place supplied M8x1.25x20mm button head bolt with supplied M8 flat washer through the hole in the

fender flare and onto the previously installed nutserts. Tighten down using a 7/32 Allen wrench. Repeat step

for remaining bolts. Repeat steps 1-4 for the other side.

Fitment:	2018-2020 Jeep Wrangler JL Models.
Item Included:	Front and rear fender flares come with detailed instruction and a set of mounting hardware including the rubber strips. The only front fender has LED amber lights.
