Great product and easy install

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I have received from Off-Grid store. Shipping was delayed at no fault of Off-Grid but because of FedEx. I ordered a pair of the RBG Headlights and fog lights. As someone with no experience with wiring and a new Jeep owner, this was not an easy task. I had high hopes after reading all other reviews. They do not come with instructions and the box was bare so I couldn’t find a brand name. I watched countless YouTube videos and google searches and I have yet to connect the RBG and the fog lights. The product listing states there is a instructional video. I have not been able to find it, even on the YouTube page. The YouTube page has a video on how to hook up the headlight itself ONLY. In three days I have called Off-Grid twice, left a VM, messaged them on Facebook, Instagram, and text message, and I have emailed twice. I have not received a single response. Although the product is quality, the lack of instructions for a beginner and lack of proper customer service deters me from ordering from Off-Grid store again. I would return them abs purchase new ones but I assume attempting to return would become a hassle regarding communication as well.

I absolutely love my headlights! It took a while to find the right app to work with it but OffGrid was super helpful in assisting me. They really make my Maze pop out with the purple!

Nice looking lights but there are black spots in the beam.

I am blown away by how great these are for the price. They are a direct plug and play on my 07 Jeep Wrangler (no adapter needed), but as others have said will require an adapter for newer model JKs. Build quality and fitment was very good. Super bright with a nice flat cut off so they do not blind oncoming drivers. I would definitely buy these again.

These lights are awesome! They were are so easy to install on my Jeep Wrangler jl 2019 you just have to order a headlight bracket separately for it to fit. The installation was easy too I hooked up the positive to the m52 fuse which turns on when the car is in its acc mode and then the negative straight to the battery terminal Duper super easy!

Easy install. At first, I contacted the seller and they happily walked me through it. Definitely recommend these lights!

These are awesome for the price! Pretty easy install, the colors are bright and vivid. The headlights themselves are very bright as well, definitely looks very clean. Great upgrade to my Wrangler!
