I replaced the stock horn in my truck with this and it is easily 10x louder than the stock horn. I ended up not using the relay kit included as my truck already used a relay for the horn circuit. Just connected the horn wires to the compressor, and mounted it and the horn. I did get a slightly longer air hose for it at Lowes.
I see a few reviews saying this horn is not very loud. I suspect they mounted it in a manner that was crimping the air hose. My horn was weak when I first installed it but I noticed the hose was pulling and collapsing the hose at the horn connector. Opening up the hose resulted in a VERY loud horn.

I liked the loudness of the 1st horn I installed.
I needed additional wire & connectors as the wires provided are just too short if you need to place the horn in a more desired area.
Plenty of space inside my engine for another 2 horns if folks can't clean up their poor driving habits.

I don't know the real decibel rating, but I think it is as loud as advertised. Still very loud and will get more attention than the stock horns!

Works as advertised. Much deeper tone than the short, double, red horns I bought in the past. This sounds like a dump truck :) My 7 yr old pushed the steering wheel horn he got a big scare. Even my wife said it made her ears hurt ( she was 30 ft behind the truck ) I may purchase another set for the left side wire connection. Will update on the use and life of horn.

Outstanding product. Very loud. Wakes up the neighborhood. Simple hookup and installation. I own 2 now. One on my Cub Cadet, and one on my truck. Highly recommend this horn to anyone. Did have to go to a 20 amp fuse though. That was a minor detail.
