I haven't ordered from this company before, At first i didn't get any order status of my order. I tried calling and all I got was a static noise. then after about week and half got email that the graphic was sent. I replied to email about there issue with there phones and they thanked me for letting them know and apologized for the inconvenience that it may caused. But the decal came in and I installed it, still have the front portion to still install in which I may cut and work around jeep badges. I did find later amazon sells same graphic for half for what I paid, but already had decal and didn't want to go through hassle of returning it. I am very pleased how jeep turned out.
