Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you receive your item, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange (there are a few exceptions, read down below).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, resealable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, also it's needed a real reason to accept, and process the returns.
If the packaging is damaged during the shipping, we are not responsible for it (seat covers excluded).
If you don't like the item or there isn't a real reason to return the item, unfortunately, we can't take it back or pay for the shipping. (seat covers excluded)
If we send you a different product from the one you ordered, or if the item is defective, just contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with an image or video showing the case, we will process an exchange or refund as soon as possible. OffGrid Store will cover all the return or exchange shipping fees and will send you a Free Return Label.
Otherwise, offgrid-store.com is not liable for the shipping fee. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.

RETURN SHIPPING METHOD
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund or return with an image or video to show the issue.
2. If you are approved to return, our after-sale team will reply with the warehouse address as soon as possible or FREE Return Label.
3. Included in your package is a signed letter stating the reason for your return and your order number.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All cancellations need to be notified within 24 hours after the order was placed.
CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Change Shipping Address After Ordering will be subjected to a 10% cancellation fee.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure to enter the right shipping address. We try our best to decrease handing time, so there's a very small time gap to change your shipping address. Please write to
firstname.lastname@example.org to change your address. If it's too late and the parcel is returned due to the wrong address, the buyer has to pay the return fee.
TRUCK CARRIER FOR OVERSIZED PRODUCTS
When you order an oversized product, we will ship it via a truck carrier. The truck carrier will call you before going out for delivery. If they return the order due to missed calls, you have to pay for the shipping and return fee.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
